1,700-acre, 3,500-unit development in the Stevenson Ranch area of northern Los Angeles County. Legacy development consists of:
- A combination of single-family, multi-family, apartment and mixed-use buildings, including a 55+
age-qualified community.
- A 337,000-square-foot assisted living facility.
- Over 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
- Community park.
- Elementary school.
- Trail to the historic community of Mentryville.
- Over 1,000 acres of open space.
- Private Drives.
- Walkability.
There are a number of complexities in this project, such as hillside development, the existence of a floodway/floodplain, geotechnical constraints, major existing utility corridors, several oil wells, realignment of an existing major arterial highway, endangered species habitat, oak trees, and extension of major arterial roadways.
